Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zaasmi (the “Service”), operated by Asad Ahmad (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using Zaasmi, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Zaasmi is a desktop application for Mac and Windows that runs during live video calls and provides real-time, private suggestions to the user based on the conversation. Suggestions are generated by AI and are shown only to the Zaasmi user.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Zaasmi Managed plan: $39/month or $299/year, including 40 audio-hours per month.
Additional hours can be purchased as top-ups (e.g., 20 hours for $10).
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

4. Refunds

Refunds are available only if requested within the first 6 hours from the time of purchase or subscription activation. After this window, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details on how to request one.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Zaasmi for any unlawful purpose
Use Zaasmi to record or monitor a call without obtaining any consent required by the laws of your jurisdiction — you are solely responsible for complying with call-recording and wiretapping laws where you use the Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service
Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt our systems

6. AI-Generated Suggestions

Zaasmi’s suggestions are generated by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for what you say and do on your calls — Zaasmi is a tool to assist you, not a guarantee of any outcome. Always use your own judgment.

7. Intellectual Property

Zaasmi, including its software, branding, and website content, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Zaasmi and cancel your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zaasmi is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes of calls where Zaasmi was used.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Zaasmi grows. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
